- Commercial Use Allowed: You are granted a perpetual, worldwide, unrestricted right to use generated QR codes for commercial projects, restaurant menus, product packaging, advertising campaigns, and digital publications.
- Ownership: You retain full intellectual property and ownership rights over any QR code images, text, and logos you create.
- No Attribution Required: You are not required to give credit or link back to RealQRgen on your printed materials.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. Specifically, you may not generate QR codes that:
- Direct users to phishing schemes, malware distribution, or malicious executable downloads.
- Promote unlawful activities, violence, fraud, or infringement on third-party trademarks and copyrights.
- Violate any local, national, or international telecommunications laws.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
RealQRgen is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we rigorously test our generator to produce valid standard ISO/IEC 18004 QR codes, we strongly recommend test-scanning your generated codes on multiple smartphone camera apps before printing large physical production batches.

In no event shall RealQRgen, its developers, or contributors be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service or any printed materials containing generated QR codes.
